I am guilty. But who isn’t?

I often criticize myself and analyze my behavior. Time for correction. But I am still guilty.

  1. I think it’s healthy to criticize ourselves, but if you overdo it, it may cause problems as well. I think there’s a certain spectrum where criticism produces the best outcome for our behavior. Too little of it is bad and too much of it is also bad.
